Sinopsis
  Andrés Vargas es un inspector de policía que muere persiguiendo al Carnicero de Medianoche, un asesino en serie que ya ha matado a cinco mujeres. Vargas tendrá la oportunidad de regresar a la vida, pero cinco años más tarde y en el cuerpo de Manuel Márquez (Javier Gutiérrez). En su empeño por detener al Carnicero de Medianoche, Vargas, ahora Márquez, tendrá como compañera a Susana (Anna Castillo). Entre ellos tiene lugar una relación muy especial y juntos se enfrentarán a este asesino que vuelve a actuar cinco años después. Vargas no estará sólo en su regreso al mundo de los vivos. Un sorprendente personaje (Alejo Sauras) será su compañero en estas circunstancias tan especiales.
